According to a report from MMAFighting, Arlovski’s next scrap will be against Australian up and comer Tai Tuivasa. Affectionately known as “Bam Bam,” Tuivasa has quickly become one of the most exciting heavyweights in the UFC today. And that’s with just two fights under his belt, both of which ended via first round KO on his home soil.
Now, for the first time in his pro mixed martial arts career, Tuivasa will fight in America. And it will be in The Pitbull’s backyard.
Should he defeat Tuivasa, Arlovski, currently ranked at #9 in the latest UFC heavyweight rankings, will move into sole possession of the record for most wins in UFC heavyweight history ahead of Frank Mir. Should the 13th ranked Tuivasa come out on top, he’ll push his record to 8-0 with a win over one of the former UFC Heavyweight Champion.
UFC 225 will be headlined by a rematch between Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero for Whittaker’s Middleweight Championship. Former champions Rashad Evans and Carla Esparza will also be on the card along with Chicago’s own CM Punk. Punk’s fight is expected to fight photojournalist and fighter Mike “The Truth” Jackson.

Here’s the updated card for UFC 225 ‘Whittaker vs. Romero II’ as it stands today along with a video of Tuivasa chugging a beer out of a shoe after his recent victory over Cyril Asker for good measure.
